In the app (instant)

1. Open Deerling → Profile → ⚙️ Settings.
2. Under Privacy, tap “Delete my account”.
3. Tick “I understand this can't be undone” and tap “Delete permanently”.

Tip: use “Download my data” in the same section first if you want a copy.

Without the app

Email info@tohandesign.com from the address linked to your account with the subject “Account deletion request”. We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your account (user ID and email address).
• All learning progress: lessons, XP, streak, vocabulary cards, writing notebook backup, game scores, quests and league history.
• Usage and analytics events linked to your account.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We do not keep any backup of deleted accounts.

Uygulamadan (anında)

1. Deerling'i aç → Profil → ⚙️ Ayarlar.
2. Gizlilik bölümünde “Hesabımı sil”e dokun.
3. “Anlıyorum, geri alınamaz” kutusunu işaretle ve “Kalıcı olarak sil”e dokun.

İpucu: Bir kopyasını istiyorsan önce aynı bölümdeki “Verilerimi indir”i kullan.

Uygulama olmadan

Hesabına bağlı e-posta adresinden info@tohandesign.com adresine “Account deletion request” konulu bir e-posta gönder. Hesabın 30 gün içinde silinir ve e-postayla bilgilendirilirsin.

Neler silinir

• Hesabın (kullanıcı kimliği ve e-posta adresi).
• Tüm öğrenme ilerlemen: dersler, XP, seri, kelime kartları, yazı defteri yedeği, oyun skorları, görevler ve lig geçmişi.
• Hesabına bağlı kullanım ve analiz olayları.

Silme kalıcıdır ve geri alınamaz. Silinen hesapların yedeği tutulmaz.
